Adventure Box FAQ
The Adventure Box is a monthly subscription that lets you skip the store, and get straight to the date!
With The Adventure Box, we’ll send you premium supplies hand sourced by our team to complete one challenge from The Couples Edition book - every month - straight to your door!
*Please note, the box that corresponds with the challenge "Speak Easy" will require a small purchase/outside supplies*
We created the Adventure Box to coincide with 10 of the challenges within the Couples Edition. Although, you do not need the Couples Edition to complete the challenge, it was meant to be paired together.
Scratch off the indicated date in the book and The Adventure Box will provide the rest :)
*The box that corresponds with "Speak Easy" will require a small purchase because not all items were able to be shipped*
You can click HERE and use the SAME email as the one you purchased with to then login and manage your subscription.
You can change payment information and method, shipping address, e-mail and other items with that link.
You can also cancel and re-activate your account at any time!
Please note: You must create an account upon as it is not automatically created upon purchase.
Due to the nature of The Adventure Box, we are unable to offer or accept returns for a subscription box once it has been processed to ship.

The Adventure Box is a preset monthly experience, and we don't have an option to select the challenges at this time.

Please note, over the years, we have changed a few of the boxes, so the icons in your Couples Edition may not match our most current list if you received your Couples Edition a while ago.
Even if you've already completed some of the challenges with the Subscription Icon under them, we think it'll still be a fresh and unique experience with the premium supplies our team has hand-selected for the dates!

If you purchase multiple Adventure Boxes at checkout, you will then receive the same amount of the SAME BOX each month.
The Adventure Box subscription is designed as a monthly experience, with a new box sent to you each month. These are currently unavailable for individual purchases.
Please order your Adventure Box subscription separately from other products - don't worry, Adventure Boxes have FREE shipping!
***If you order it with other items, your order will be split and ship in two packages.
All orders will process in 1-3 business days from the date of your monthly subscription. Once shipped, your order is expected to be in your your hands in 3-10 business days.
All shipping time frames are expected, not guaranteed, and subject to carrier delays.
You'll receive an email with tracking information once it ships out.
Things to note about the Adventure Box shipping:
- They currently cannot ship to PO Boxes
- They cannot ship with Express shipping
- They are only available to ship to the continental USA, not territories or APO addresses
The Adventure Box is currently only available in the Continental USA, though we hope to expand in the future!
**Please note, the boxes can not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, APO addresses, or P.O. Boxes at this time!
Our products are imagined and dreamed up here in Redding, CA.
Our team has hand selected premium supplies to complete each Adventure Box challenge and these items are then sent straight to your door.
We don't want to give away the surprise, but even if you've completed the Challenge already, our box will provide a fun and unique experience to revisit the challenge!
We recently removed all of the boxes which contained food from our line up of Adventure Boxes. None of our current boxes contain any food products!
Please note: If you began your subscription before we removed the food boxes, they will include gluten, dairy, and sugar products.
You should have received an order confirmation email shortly after purchase, followed by a Subscription Account Access email to manage your account.
If this is not the case, please contact customer support at support@theadventurechallenge.com.
We're aiming to have a 3 month starter pack gift option available for purchase in the future!
BUT! What you can do is enter your own billing information, and either yours or your recipients info for shipping. When you sign up, you'll be emailed a link to manage your subscription where you can choose to edit the shipping and/or billing information in the future.
If you're wanting to gift the entire subscription, you can then keep your payment information on file for the duration of The Adventure Box :)
*Gift cards are not applicable for The Adventure Box at this time.
