If the item(s) are in stock, your order will typically ship out in 1-2 business days. As soon as your order ships out you will receive an email with tracking information.

If you are wanting to receive your order in time for Valentine's Day, we recommend using an upgraded shipping rate, as Ground Shipping is unpredictable.

Once your package has left our warehouses, The Adventure Challenge is not responsible for weather delays or mail carrier delays during the holiday season.

We can ship almost anywhere in the world from our US site.

All shipping options available in your region will show up at checkout.

**Please note: When entering your shipping address at checkout, all addresses must be written in either English or Latin characters. If it is written in other characters, our fulfillment center will have issues processing the address and getting the order into your hands.

COVID stuff to keep in mind…

Due to COVID restrictions, we recommend first reaching out to your local post office to see if your country is currently accepting shipments from the United States, as we have seen some packages returned from countries that are temporarily not receiving packages. 

We also recommend asking what the protocols and additional screenings are in place that may cause a temporary hold or delay on your package. We have seen an additional 2-3 weeks added to some international shipping due to these delays, so you may want to check first with your customs and postal service in order to be fully informed of their current shipping restrictions. 

International Shipping Time Frame:

It’s not so exact. All of the shipping time estimates are based on US Domestic rates, so we recommend adding 1-2 weeks for ground shipping estimates to determine when you should expect your package. 

International Shipping from US Site: expected 7-30 business days transit

We will also email you when your order ships so you will be able to track it easily all along the way. 

**The cost of shipping, taxes, and the product will be calculated in USD, so we recommend taking that total and converting it into your country's currency on Google to see how much it will actually cost you. 

Watch out for Customs/Duty Fees...

Additionally, we have noticed that some countries and regions charge a customs or duty fee. These charges are separate and unaffiliated with The Adventure Challenge. These fees vary from region to region, are unpredictable, and are charged to you from your local customs office, so we also recommend reaching out to them or your local post office to see how much your customs fee will be (if you are charged one), as The Adventure Challenge can not refund or reimburse customs fees.

What products canNOT ship internationally:

At this time, Adventure Box subscriptions can only ship to the domestic US.

Film and batteries are also unable to ship internationally.

**We suggest purchasing Fujifilm Instax Mini Film on Amazon or a local electronics store like Best Buy, Walmart, or Fry's Electronics! :)

**You will need two CR2 batteries to power your Signature Camera and if you would like to use the remote control lens cap timer, you will need one CR1632 battery (3V).

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Elo, as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay.

There may be county, municipal, shipping, and/or state taxes depending on the regions  our company has a physical or economic presence.

We want you to be pumped about your new purchase.

However, if you need to return any item(s), we’re here to help. 

To be eligible for a return you need to reach out within 30-days of your delivery date!

Please note, we are unable to accept a return on a used product. So if a challenge has been scratched, a perforation has been torn, it has been written in, etc. and is not in resell-able condition we are unable to accept returns on the product.

If plastic wrap is no longer in tact, but the product has not been used we are able to accept returns on the product!

*At this time we are unable to conduct returns for international orders

*Due to the nature of The Adventure Box Subscription, Gift Cards, and Film they are final sale. We are unable to offer or accept returns for these products once the order has been processed.

*Because the Advent(ure) Calendar is a special, holiday product, if it has been used or is not in its original condition we are unable to accept returns.

We accept returns by the date that you reach out, so if one of our team members does not contact you until after the 30 days, do not worry, we will still help you out!

Once we receive your order, your return will be processed back to your method of payment minus the original cost of shipping.

All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

Your order will be sent to our warehouse shortly after you place your order, so we cannot guarantee edit or cancelation requests will be be able to be completed.

For defective products, contact support@theadventurechallenge.com with a photo of the defect in question and we will send you a return shipping label. When we receive your order, your return will be processed.
