For the Tomato Soup, use 1/2 cup water. For some added spice, use 1/2 tsp chili flakes. For some additional added flavor, use chicken stock instead of broth.
Infused olive oil instructions: Add olive oil to a small pot on high heat. Combine all herbs and fry for 2 to 3 minutes (or until herbs are crispy). Remove from heat and pour through a strainer into a small bowl. Set aside the oil to cool and disregard the herbs.
