Shipping & Tracking

Here you will find everything you need to know about delivery, pickup,
and tracking your order.

If the item(s) are in stock, your order will typically ship out in 1-2 business days. From there your order will arrive in 4-10 business days (standard shipping). As soon as your order ships out you will receive an email with tracking information.

If your order contains a back-ordered item/out of stock item, then your entire order is expected to ship out as soon as that item is back in stock. 

We are working hard to improve the speed at which you can start your adventure and we are very thankful for your understanding and support!

My order was marked delivered, but I didn't receive it?
Don't panic! This can happen more than you'd expect :)

Tracking systems can update before the package is actually delivered to the final destination. We'd suggest allowing 2-3 days for it to arrive late.
Should you feel comfortable, we'd also suggest checking with your neighbors to see if it was mis-delivered. This can happen often as well.

Please also check the address you entered at purchase was correct, and reach out to your local post office (that shipped your order) as they'll have the most recent update on your shipment!

If it does not arrive within 2-3 days, and no luck with your neighbors, please reach out to our support team to lend a hand!

You may have just purchased a back-ordered item. In this case, there will be an estimated shipping time under the product listing as well as on your confirmation email. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships out! 

We can ship to just about anywhere in the world but shipping times and fees may vary! International shipping can typically take anywhere from 7-21 business days. 

Estimated shipping fees will be calculated at checkout before purchase. 

Some countries and regions charge a customs or duty fee. These charges are separate and unaffiliated with The Adventure Challenge.
These vary from region to region, are unpredictable, and are charged to you from your local customs office, so we also recommend reaching out to them or your local post office to see how much your customs fee will be (if you are charged one), as The Adventure Challenge can not refund or reimburse customs fees.

Most do not, but it’s good to check before ordering so that you don’t end up paying more than your are able.
