We recommend first reaching out to your local post office to see if your country is currently accepting shipments from the United States and if they are what the protocols and additional screenings are in place that may cause a temporary hold or delay on your package. We have seen an additional 2-3 weeks added to shipping due to these delays, so you may want to check first with your customs and postal service to see their current COVID restrictions. We have also had packages returned from some countries that are temporarily not receiving packages from the United States.
We currently only offer our products in English. The Adventure Challenges can be done anywhere in the world and are not specific to country or region!
All of the shipping time estimates are based on US Domestic rates, so we recommend adding 1-2 weeks for ground shipping estimates to determine when you should expect your package. An estimated 7-30 days total.
We will also e-mail you when your order ships so you will be able to track it easily.
The cost of shipping, taxes, and the product will calculate in USD, so we recommend taking that total and converting it into your countries currency on Google to see how much it will actually cost you. International shipping is typically around $20-$35 USD.
Additionally, we have noticed that some countries and regions charge a customs or duty fee. These charges are separate and unaffiliated with The Adventure Challenge. Most do not, but it’s good to check before ordering to avoid paying more than you are able. These vary from region to region, are unpredictable, and are charged to you from your local customs office, so we also recommend reaching out to them or your local post office to see how much your customs fee will be (if you are charged one), as The Adventure Challenge can not refund or reimburse customs fees.
You may have just purchased a pre-order or back-order item. In this case, there will be an estimated shipping time under the product listing as well as on your confirmation email.

The carrier hasn't updated my tracking!
Sometimes the tracking scans are delayed. Carriers do not scan packages when they're collected from our warehouse, but only once they get back to the first distribution center. Often shipments will suddenly resurface in transit / out for delivery or even delivered!
Lost In Transit Policy
Because tracking scan delays have become more frequent since COVID began, our fulfillment center has required we wait 20 days without a tracking update(30 days for international) before we are able to file a lost in transit claim. Thankfully, this is due to how often packages suddenly resurface.
If your order has gone 20 or more days without a tracking update, please reach out to our support team with your order number, and we'd be happy to help get a claim filed and replacement shipped!
My order was marked delivered, but I didn't receive it?
Don't panic! This can happen more than you'd expect, for a handful of reasons :)
Delivery scans can update before the package actually arrives to the final destination. We'd request to allow 2-3 days for it to arrive late.
Should you feel comfortable, we'd also suggest checking with your neighbors to see if it was mis-delivered. This can happen often as well.
Please also check your confirmation email and that the address entered at the time of purchase was correct. It's also worth reaching out to your local post office (that shipped your order) as they'll have the most recent update on your shipment!
If it does not arrive within 2-3 days, and no luck with your neighbors, please reach out to our support team to lend a hand!
