My husband and I have a newborn and a toddler, and we were looking for a way to go on easy and affordable dates. We ordered the dinner dates book, and it's been fantastic! We put the kids to bed by 8pm, then we do our dinner date. No babysitters needed, and we can enjoy a meal just the two of us. We have done about 6 so far. I'm not a good cook, but these recipes are easy and really delicious too. Highly recommend!

Honest review here. I’ll Just paste what I just posted on FB about it. So far my husband and I have completed the first two “dates”. Hint- I’ve never looked forward to dinner this way before. Today, I've had six people ask me about the Adventure Book I have been posting about. We won it at a Christmas Party raffle. Honestly, I wouldn't have bought it myself since it was a bit pricey, and I had some doubts about it being cheesy or uninteresting. But let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. The book is well-crafted, and each activity is thoughtfully designed, with perfectly paired recipes. You can tell that whoever put this together actually cared about it. We're really enjoying it. Im sure any reviews you see are all authentic. I've attached some photos of the book and the intro, but I don't want to give too much away since I've already posted the first two activities and recipes. I don’t want to spoil any more since I guess a lot of people are interested. Also, I noticed just now that one of the winners from Chopped created the recipes. Neat. All in all, I highly recommend the Adventure Book Challenge if you're looking for a fun and unique experience.

This was my first purchase from this company and we LOVE it! We bought it as an engaged couple and ultimately brought it on our honeymoon! The results were magical- breakfast for dinner at the base of Mount Baker in Washington in the peak of the fall color change… you can take this book with you ANYWHERE and have a blast. We’ve enjoyed all of our recipes and have even made a couple again outside of the challenges. And don’t worry, even if you don’t have much experience with cooking, you *can* do this. The recipes are simple and in the end, it’s all about spending quality time making quality food with your honey! We plan on buying more of these books for a few wedding gifts coming up!

I bought this as a dinner date gift for my husband, but the kids got wind and have insisted on participating with us, and it is a highly anticipated event at our house now! The meals are delicious and easy enough to pull off even on a weeknight, and the challenges are a ton of fun and so far all have been adaptable to play with kids. Highly recommend for a break from routine!

The recipes are delicious. We haven’t had a bad one yet. Some of the activities are silly and fun. Some are weird but we do them anyway. Definitely has made date night at home more entertaining and special.
