"The items I received were used. The description clearly states that the camera does not come with film or batteries. Mine came with batteries, dead batteries, but batteries were already inside the camera. The box was not sealed. It was missing the instructions manual so I reached out to the support team I got offered a “$15 dollar refund” to keep the camera & thought that was insulting & after that didn’t hear back from their support team haven’t heard back in over a week I’ve emailed and reached out through their chat option but also no one will respond back to me! Very unprofessional of them! Now I know to stay clear away from purchasing anything else from this company! They don’t seem to care for their customers/Clients at all!"
